We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 24 hour notice or you may be charged a percentage of the service chosen by your stylist. We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, sickness, etc. However, if last minute cancellations become a habit you will need a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. Failure to show will also result in non-refundable deposit in order to book another appointment and you could be charged for the full service missed. Courtney's Place Salon's stylist are self employed and your failure to show or give adequate notice to fill those spots leaves your stylist with out pay for the amount of time that was booked.
We understand situations arise from time to time that may delay your scheduled service from beginning on time. Depending on circumstance, we may not always be able to accommodate late arrival. Appointments may have to be rescheduled to not disrupt the next guests appointment. If you might be late please call the salon and arrangements may be able to be made. Thank you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that you were provided, or just simply need a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services corrected. We will not guarantee our services if they have been altered by another salon, at home or if non-recommended products have been used. We encourage our guests to notify their service provider of any concerns prior to leaving the salon. When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 7 days of original appointment date to honor the complimentary service. Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit.
